We have changed the legal entity of our Pre-School from a LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) to a Ltd (Limited Company).

We are now registered with Companies House as ‘Attimore Barn Nursery & Pre-School Ltd’. 

We have re-registered with Ofsted and our new registration number is: URN 2694845.

This is purely a change in the legal entity of the company; we have the same ownership, leadership and staff team in place.
